Why am I encountering a 402 error?

Many users ask why they have a total account value of 100 or 20 dollars but cannot call the API.

When your balance is <= 0, your API access will be blocked, regardless of whether you have valid resource packages. This commonly occurs when you've called paid services without topping up. The reason for this is that we need to prioritize providing better services for paying users, and we don't have enough resources and budget to serve users with outstanding debts.

In this situation, you need to restore your account balance to a positive number through top-up to restore service.

Why do I still have a negative balance after topping up?

Please carefully follow the documentation above to ensure you're calling the correct API and that the resource package has normal deduction records before using it extensively. How to increase rate limits?

If you want to use Claude Code API in software with high rate requirements like Immersive Translate, the default 60 RPM for free users may not be enough. You can top up 20 yuan to increase to 1000 RPM, or top up 300 yuan to increase to 10000 RPM.

What is the actual price for continuing to use Claude Code service after my Claude Code resource package is depleted?

Currently, both our Claude Code exclusive API and CodeX exclusive API have a rate of 0.2, meaning the official API price *0.2 is the actual charge to your account balance. Charges from resource packages will not be multiplied by the 0.2 discount.
